High performance bearings by SKF

Our roller bearings by SKF just arrived a few days ago. The Swedish company, which was founded 1907 in Göteburg, provides us with roller bearings from its wide product range just as last season. SKF offers bearings adapted for every application, whether it is for steering, wheel bearings or transmissions.
Thus, we use hybrid grooved ball bearings to support our motor shafts as previous year. Ceramic rolling elements made of silicon nitride are resistant to high rotational speeds, at which our motors run, and therefore creating less centrifugal forces because of their low mass.
Our wheel hubs are supported by thin-section angular contact ball bearings again. This results in minimized space compared to regular angular contact bearings, while keeping high precision and durability.
