BASF SE (formerly Badische Anilin – und Soda-Fabrik) is the world’s largest chemical company with a German headquarter in Ludwidgshafen am Rhein. Besides the financial success the company mainly stands for social responsibility and innovative and sustainable solutions in the field of environmental protection. For the past few years BASF SE has been supporting the organization of Formula Student Germany in Hockenheim but also offered sponsorship’s for selected teams.
