Current measurement with VAC

To improve the efficiency of our vehicle we measure the energy consumption. Since several years we use current sensors of VACUUMSCHMELZE GmbH & Co. KG, because their products are small, lightweight and very accurate. We use the sensors to measure the output current directly in the accumulator case.

Also we can use the current measurement for a safety function, the so called Brake-System-Plausability-Device. This Circuit prevents that energy is transported to the engines while the driver is braking.
