Fraunhofer IWS

We’d like to thank Fraunhofer IWS for manufacturing our brake adapter, which was “3D-printet” in the innovative SLS-Process. Thanks to this we had endless opportunities of shaping the part as we wanted, giving us the best stress resistance possible. Due to the very good material properties of Titanium it was possible to guarantee a lightweight, stiff and reliable connection between the upright and the brake caliper. The Fraunhofer IWS researches amongst other things in the fields of laser technology, surface technology and material testing and supports us for the first time. We are looking forward having interesting projects and hope for an existing coorperation!
